Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Ricktesha Hall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Behavior Specialist, maternal-wellness advocate, educator, and experienced behavioral-health professional. Her work spans maternal mental health, trauma-informed care, child development, autism and neurodivergence, behavioral consultation, family systems, early childhood education, and community-based services.

The Nurture Nest was born from the intersection of Ricktesha’s professional expertise and lived experience as a mother. Her journey through motherhood, premature births, raising neurodivergent children, and navigating the demands placed on caregivers deepened her commitment to creating the support system mothers and families too often struggle to find.

Through The Nurture Nest, Ricktesha is building an integrated continuum of care that connects therapy, behavioral-health services, parenting support, education, workforce wellness, digital resources, organizational partnerships, and community programming.
